In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Stir in salt, oil, and flour.
Knead the dough for five minutes.
(If you are using your Kitchen Aid Mixer, two minutes)
Place the dough in a bowl greased with Olive Crush Farms' Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cover, and let rise in a warm place for an hour.
After the dough has risen and doubled in size, punch down dough, and divide in half and form into loaves.
Place each loaf on baking stone or sheet. Then let rise for another hour.
Cut diagonal slits on top and bake at 425° for 35 minutes.
Follow 1-4 of the french bread dough instructions listed above.
After the covered dough has risen for an hour in a warm place. Punch down dough and divide in half.
Roll out half of dough until it is about a 1/4 of an inch thick on greased baking stone (we used Olive Crush Farms Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
Mix melted butter, garlic, and bread dipping spice. Then Spread mixture on top of rolled out dough.
Then sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese. Gently pat cheese into butter to prevent it from coming off when twisting.
Take a pizza cutter and make 1 1/2 inch wide strips and about 6 inches long.
One at a time take both side of the strip and twist. Continue this step till the whole batch is twisted.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
