Pistachio Basil Pesto

Ingredients
 2 Garlic Cloves
 2 cups Packed of Fresh Basil Leaves
 ½ cup Shelled Pistachios
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  cup Olive Crush Farms' Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
 1 pinch Kosher Salt
Makes One Cup.
Directions

Pulse the garlic, mincing it in the food processor.

Add the basil, nuts, and lemon juice and pulse again to chop. Slowly add the Arbequina Olive Oil in a stream while running the food processor.

Add the cheese and pulse again to combine. Salt to taste. Store in the refrigerator.
