Ingredients:
16 oz | Ricotta Cheese |
1 cup 6 oz 1/4 cup 1/4 cup 1 1/8 tsp 1 ½ Tbs | Mozzarella cheese, grated Cream Cheese, softened Parmesan Cheese, grated Italian style bread crumbs Olive Crush Farms Farm Fresh Eggs Nutmeg, ground Kosher Salt |
Directions:
Drain Ricotta cheese for ½ hour in a paper towel lined colander. Combine all ingredients, by hand in a mixing bowl. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Fills 5-6 dozen ravioli if using one teaspoon filling per.
