Here is another pesto variation that we hope you will enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 medium 2 cups ½ cup 1 Tbsp. |
Garlic Cloves Packed fresh basil leaves Shelled pistachios Lemon juice |
1/3 cup ¼ cup Pinch |
Olive Crush Farms Arbequina Olive Oil Grated Parmesan cheese Kosher salt |
Directions:
Pulse the garlic, mincing it in the food processor. Add the basil, nuts, and lemon juice and pulse again to chop. Slowly add the Arbequina Olive Oil in a stream while running the food processor. Add the cheese and pulse again to combine. Salt to taste. Store in the refrigerator.
Makes one cup.
