Beginning Sourdough With Mix-ins – September 17th

Learn to make your own sourdough bread loaf with a seasoned sourdough professional. This class includes sourdough starter and a few basic tools. you will be bringing home a loaf to bake the next day (you will need a 5 12 or 6 quart Dutch oven at home). She will also show you how to incorporate mix-ins without breaking your dough. Includes baked goodies to sample and alcohol-free drinks. You may BYOB. All ticket sales are final.
